Select your program and complete enrollment. Tuition is structured as hourly sessions or semester packages. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, and Alipay — all processed securely.
Services begin on schedule. Your dedicated academic consultant monitors progress, communicates with parents regularly, and conducts check-ins to keep every student on track throughout the semester.

1. Tuition Refund Schedule
AITE Institute is committed to delivering high-quality educational services. If a student needs to withdraw, the following schedule applies:
Before program start: Full tuition refund, less any non-refundable fees.
Within 7 days of first session: 80% refund of remaining unused tuition.
After 2–4 sessions completed: 50% refund of remaining unused tuition.
After 5 or more sessions: No refund. Unused sessions may be transferred to another enrolled student in the same household.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aiteinstitute.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
≥24 hours notice: Session rescheduled at no charge.
<24 hours notice: Session counted as used; no make-up provided.
No-show: Session forfeited and counted as used.
Each student receives up to 2 free rescheduling per semester. Additional requests are subject to instructor availability.
4. AITE-Initiated Cancellations
If AITE cancels a session due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, students receive a full make-up session at no charge, or a pro-rated credit at their election.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@aiteinstitute.com with your name, enrolled program, and reason for withdrawal. You may also call (+1) 949-932-0727 (Mon–Fri 9am–7pm PST).

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, scheduling systems) under strict confidentiality agreements, or with law enforcement when required by law.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all online communications. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers. No transmission method is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

6. Children's Privacy
For minors, a parent or guardian must provide consent. Parent/guardian contact information is the primary point of contact. All student data is handled in compliance with applicable children's privacy laws.

Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2025 · Governing all services provided by AITE Institute
1. Acceptance
By enrolling in any AITE Institute program, you agree to these Terms. Parents or guardians enrolling a minor agree on the student's behalf.
2. Services
AITE Institute provides educational tutoring, test preparation, academic planning, and college application services, delivered in-person at our Irvine, CA campus and online. Program details, schedules, and instructors are confirmed at enrollment.
3. Payment
Tuition is due at enrollment or as agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers, and Alipay. All payments are securely processed. Charges appear as AITE INSTITUTE on your card statement. By providing payment information, you authorize AITE Institute to charge the agreed fees.
4. Promotions & Discounts
Sibling discounts and referral discounts are applied to the lower-priced enrollment. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. AITE Institute reserves the right to modify promotional offers at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Conduct
Students and families are expected to treat all staff and fellow students with respect. AITE Institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund in cases of misconduct or violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson plans, and content provided by AITE Institute are proprietary and copyright-protected. Students may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
AITE Institute does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or admission results. Our liability is limited to tuition fees paid for the program at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Modifications
AITE may modify program content, instructors, schedules, or pricing with reasonable notice. Material changes are communicated at least 14 days in advance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California courts.
